Accounts and service

MadeMe is for adults aged 18 or older creating their own digital persona. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and upload only data you are entitled to use. MadeMe provides personal information and memory management, AI text and voice conversations, and invitation and friend access you choose to authorize.

You retain your lawful rights to your data and authorize processing necessary to provide the features you choose. AI output may be inaccurate and does not represent the person's actual statements, commitments, or professional advice. Review important information yourself.

AI services and data processing

The creation form provides a brief AI data processing notice. Permission is saved and MadeMe is created only after you check the confirmation and choose Agree and create. Successful creation opens chat and automatically generates the first greeting. Text chat processes data within the scope you confirmed; agreement does not authorize other undisclosed purposes.

You can withdraw AI permission in settings. Other features have their own disclosures and consent when used. For providers, processing locations, retention and deletion, see the AI and voice section of the Privacy Policy。

Subscriptions, payment, and delivery

Free includes 10 Credits per day, 100 memories and access to browse and opt into Plaza display. Web Plus costs USD 9.9 per month or USD 99 per year and includes 1,000 Credits per month. Pro costs USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year and includes 6,000 Credits per month. Plus and Pro include unlimited memory storage. Active subscribers receive a subscriber icon. The icon indicates an active subscription, not verified identity. All plans support opting into Plaza display, which is off by default and requires an active MadeMe meeting existing access requirements. Display stops when MadeMe is paused or the account is deleted. Subscription expiry does not affect Plaza display. Existing connections retain their original access permissions.

Web subscriptions use Stripe's secure checkout. Digital access is activated on the purchasing account after successful payment is confirmed; no physical goods are shipped. Subscriptions automatically renew and charge each selected billing period until canceled. Checkout shows the final charge currency, total, and applicable taxes. If you choose a localized Stripe price, the checkout quote you confirm applies.

For App Store subscriptions, the Apple product shown in the app and the final confirmation sheet determine the price, currency, and billing period, which may differ from web pricing. Apple handles charges and automatic renewal. MadeMe verifies the purchase and activates access for the MadeMe account signed in at purchase. Restore using that same account. Web and app access share limits; overlapping subscriptions do not add limits together.

Paid benefits may be suspended if payment fails or the subscription expires. Pausing your MadeMe or stopping use does not cancel your subscription.

Credits and memory limits

Text conversations and generating understandings use Credits. 1 Credit is approximately one AI reply. Free Credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Membership Credits are allocated monthly from the subscription start date, including annual subscriptions. Unused included Credits do not carry over. Friends use their own Credits when speaking with another person's MadeMe.

One-time packs are available: 100 Credits for USD 1; 1,100 for USD 9.9; 3,500 for USD 29; 7,500 for USD 59; and 15,000 for USD 99. Packs do not renew and purchased Credits never expire. Included Credits are used first. The purchase confirmation determines the final price, currency, and taxes.

Remaining purchased Credits remain available after a subscription ends. Existing memories and materials are retained. If you exceed the memory entry or material storage limit after a downgrade, reduce your usage below the limit or upgrade again before adding more.

Memory benefit details

Free includes 100 memory entries. Plus and Pro have no memory entry limit during an active subscription. No plan limits the number of sources. Original materials, including photos, audio and files, are limited to 250 MB on Free, 5 GB on Plus and 25 GB on Pro, with per-file limits of 50 MB for documents and images, 200 MB for audio, and 500 MB for video, subject to remaining account storage. Original material storage is not unlimited.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel automatic renewal at any time under Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. When canceled at the end of the billing period, paid access continues until the displayed end date and does not renew. Permanently deleting your account cancels its Stripe subscriptions and removes data as described on the deletion page. It does not cancel App Store subscriptions; cancel those separately in your Apple account subscription settings.

For web subscriptions, except where required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing by MadeMe, incurred charges are generally not automatically refundable, including unused time. Cancellation or account deletion does not automatically issue a refund.

For duplicate charges, access not activated after payment, or other refund requests, contact contact@mademe.ai with your account email, payment date, and Stripe receipt reference so we can investigate. Do not send full card numbers or verification codes. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Acceptable use and service changes

Do not create personas impersonating others, clone voices without authorization, infringe privacy or intellectual property, upload unlawful or malicious content, or bypass access and security controls. We may restrict or suspend service for abuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, or security risks. Features may change; material price or service changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated before taking effect.
